If you picked up the latest issue of The Pink Bride magazine, you've probably seen a couple of articles (and some other fab paper goods throughout the magazine) that we've done. One of our articles was about setting the stage for your wedding with your invitations - one of the primary goals we strive for - and suggest to our clients. If you missed the article, it's now online and we're so happy about how it all turned out! Check it out here!
Happy Monday! We're sharing the photos of Allison and Roman's Cedarwood wedding today on the blog. Allison and I met via email while she and Roman were still living in Spain. We chatted about paper goods, weather, travels and such so I felt like we'd know each other a long time when we met! For their wedding, they were inviting guests from around the world to their black-tie affair, so we did a gold foil invitation both in English and Spanish. For their big day, we did matching table numbers, tags for their favors and some surprises like their chair signs. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to work with them and wish them all the BEST! Enjoy the fab photos from Nyk & Cali and check out the rest of their amazing big day here!
It's hard to believe it's time already! Pantone has announced it's 2015 Color of the Year and it's Marsala. Here's a few ideas we have for color combinations for this warm red wine kinda color!
It's Friday, the sun is shining and the temperatures are better than we've had in a number of days! Let's all do a happy dance! Not only for the weather, but Beth and Kevin were so fun to meet and work with! She's a nurse and he's a pilot - so we incorporated subtle hints of that in their paper goods suite... and love it! Here's a few photos of their paper goods - check out all of the details over at on their Steller album we made!
We loved getting to work on all of the paper goods for Kara and Max's wedding from save the dates, invitations, bridal shower and big day paper! We did an oversized menu and seating chart along with the sweetest Hatch-like print! As a bonus, we got photos of their logo as the gobo for the reception at aVenue. If you love this, check out more photos from our Steller album. So, enjoy a few photos on this bright and sunny Wednesday!
One of the coolest things we get to be a part of each year is the Cedarwood Style Show. There's so much opportunity to do amazingly awesome paper goods to add to their showcase of designs annually. One of the cool tablescapes this year was a Black and Gold inspiration for a Texas-Tennessee couple getting married this year. Linda, of Cedarwood, asked if we could create a logo that resembled a cattle brand along with the accompanying paper goods. From that, we created a cool logo and complete save the date and invitation suite using black thermography. We also did a pattern background for black-on-black texture look resembling an embossed leather look for the mat. We added a program, menu and placecards to complete the paper suite and we think you'll agree, it's awesome! Check out all of the details of the tablescape on Cedarwood's blog to really see how the design process worked! As always, it's amazing to see Kristyn Hogan's photography.
