Bridal Show Recap!

It's been a crazy three Sundays to start off the new year! We've met lots of new brides and grooms, friends and families, seen lots of our friends/vendors and while we've had some really tired feet, we're so ready for 2014 weddings! Here's a couple of photos of our booths from the Enchanted Brides Show, Perfect Wedding Guide at the Omni and Pink Bride show at the Music City Center... We've had lots of fun making some awesome (even if we say so ourselves) signs, backdrops, samples and more. Also a special thanks to vendors who asked us to do paper goods for their booths - including Bella Bleu Weddings and Events, Elliott Events, Enchanted Florist and Legacy Farms.

It's time!

In grand style, bridal show season 2012 kicked off tonight with Enchanted Brides at the Hutton Hotel. Thanks to all the brides who stopped in to say hello and get their way cool calendar giveaway! Now, it's time to get ready for the Pink Bridal Show - both in Nashville and Knoxville on Sunday! It's Bridal Show Season!

It's January and that means it's Bridal Show Season! We've started the year off with the Enchanted Brides show last week and today, Weddings the Bridal Show. We love getting to meet everyone - give out cool giveaways and even though we've got some tired feet tonight, we're ready to start on new samples!

Wanted to post a few photos of our display from the Enchanted Brides Show --- it was an incredibly cold and snowy night for Nashville and we're glad to have talked to you if you were there!

Friday Fotos...

This past weekend, Designs in Paper was present at the Enchanted Brides Show at Cheekwood... In fact, we were in a fabulous spot right in front of the fashion show, so we enjoyed the entire event! If you haven't been to Wedding 101 yet, you probably haven't seen our cool fabric ideas... so we thought we'd do a little view of them on this post -they're in the bottom right hand photo. If you want to see them up close and personal, check out the ones at Wedding 101 in the Factory or come see us at the Franklin Bridal Ball on Thursday,September 24th. For the brides who did see us at Cheekwood, THANKS for coming! We had an awesome business card/giveaway this time around --- and the Franklin Bridal Ball will be fabulous as well. (now if THAT doesn't have your curiosity up!) We'll post closeup shots of them soon as well, but for now, just wanted to put a few shots up from Cheekwood... Just wanted to show you a few photos from the Enchanted Brides Show that we participated in on January 8th at the Country Music Hall of Fame. It was an evening show. We had a fabulous time! Thanks so much if you're a bride or planner who came by to say hello! You know we always do different business cards for each show - and this was the coolest! We did a vinyl record with all digits and info... a very big hit (maybe it will be a PLATINUM record? #1 hit? couldn't resist :) )

Well, it's been a great week so far - cool prizes and today they continue to get cooler! And speaking of cooling off... We thought we'd feature one of our brides' favorite wedding program ideas - the fan. Having an outside or summer wedding? What a great way to share all of your wedding details and offer a cool breeze for your guests at the same time! We follow your color/design scheme to create a wonderful addition to your day. One of the great things about the fan program is that you can just add more blades based on how much information you need to convey. Thanks to all the brides and friends who stopped by our booth at the Weddings - The Bridal Show yesterday! It was great fun --- even for a long day! We're going to have great posts about the lucky winners this week, info about some of the new products we debuted and details about that cool paper dress we made - so check us out daily!
