Driftwood Wedding Inspiration on Style Me Pretty

Hello, Friday evening... Last Friday, it was Designs in Paper's birthday. We are so thankful for such a celebration and one of the 'presents' was a lovely feature of Style Me Pretty's Little Black Book. So, a little late, here's a few amazing photos by Kristyn Hogan of this beautifully exotic inspiration that we were just a part along with the talented Cedarwood team.

Jaime & Tom in Bride's Magazine

We're finishing up a mega-wedding weekend for July and wanted to celebrate Jaime & Tom's wedding at the Cannery in BRIDE'S Magazine. It was such a pleasure to work with them - and we had so much fun creating the day-of signage with quotes from The Great Gatsby/F. Scott Fitzgerald with awesome fonts to help create the speak-easy vibe. Thanks so much to Kathy Best and to Phindy Studios for amazing photography!
here's some of our favorite paper goods shots:

We're on DIY Bride!

We were thrilled when Becca at Modern Vintage called and asked if we'd like to be a part of a style shoot that she was doing with a Southwest/Navajo theme... and even more thrilled to see the photos from Sarah Frenzel (at Frenzel Studios). So, to have it be featured on DIY Bride was just icing on the cake. Enjoy a little sneak peek of the paper here and check out the feature here... don't you love the shaped place cards in succulents!

Heather and Corey

Welcome to Winter, officially - though the weather of yesterday was far from feeling it! We thought you might enjoy a brief break from shopping, wrapping and more to see Heather and Corey's wedding today. Heather and Corey wanted to introduce their Cedarwood wedding to their guests with a popular style of invitation we've done. Their programs were simply classic... a printed front and back - don't you just love that. Check all the fabulous photos of their wedding (done by Nyk+Cali)

Micah&Jerry's Wedding

It's almost Valentine's! Today's blog is definitely one of the most fitting blogs I could write for Valentines... it's got so much Love. Ultimately, I think you should really read Micah's story about their big day but a little snippet of it is this: They planned their wedding at Cedarwood, three weeks prior to the wedding, Micah was involved in a fatal car accident and suffered major damage to one of her feet. Micah and Jerry were married, just as planned with a pretty magical day. In my mind, the story perfectly represents Love. Micah & Jerry's love, the team at Cedarwood's love of weddings and just all in all, LOVE all around. Enjoy the fab photos from Ace Photography - and definitely take a moment to check out the story, details, and more.
