Enchanted Brides, Summer/Fall 2012

We're SO Happy!

We're so excited to announce that we're a part of a fabulous team that was published in the Summer Weddings Unveiled magazine that hits the newstands in July. It was a fabulous day to see some sneak peek of the pages today and so we wanted to give you a little sneak peek as well. Even cooler, that incredibly sweet couple featured also had some 'real' Designs in Paper goods for their wedding this month which we'll get to show you soon as well! A gigantic thanks to Cedarwood for the opportunity and to Kristyn Hogan for the amazing photos! Engaged! (well, the magazine!)

You may remember Megan and Kevin's wedding photos we've posted previously - and we were so excited to learn that their wedding was also featured in Engaged!, a magazine published in the Washington DC area. Thank heavens we got our 'real' copy from Megan so we could feast our eyes on the loveliness! It's also available online, so it's a brand new resource for brides planning! Check out the website and the magazine here and take it from us, it's a beau-ti-ful magazine. Here's the cover photo and a few pages that feature us (we were soooo excited to see we were on the contents page!) As a recap, Megan and Kevin wanted their wedding to have all the special touches about them... and I think you'll agree it was amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that, to date, the flower we made for her bouquet with her grandparents handwriting is the most touching way we've ever helped celebrate the memory of family. Ready to be Castaway on an Island?

I'm pretty sure a lot of you reading this on a Monday morning are probably thinking YES, Please... We thought we'd share some of the things we've been up to these last couple of months this week, starting with an exotic locale, awesome styling and cool flowers to go along with our paper goods. We were so excited to get to be a part of this - the only thing to have made it better would have been on the sandbar with the team as they were doing it.
