Seeing Green (Helllllo Spring!)

Happy Spring! I had intended to get this post out for last week, but it's May wedding invitation production time in the studio so it's been incredibly busy! Everywhere you look there is paper - glorious, wonderful paper!

As the flowers and leaves are popping out, I started thinking about the change of seasons and thought back to my college days when I'd drive from my hometown to college after weekend visits... Spring was fabulous because going down the mountain, there would be a billion shades and tints of green all popping out. So as Spring comes to you - look up and out and see all those shades of green. And then... think of other color combinations that are really great with green these days. I made up a few color combinations that I've played around with lately... Think of purples/pinks/reds as complimentary to green giving it warmth and contrast. The blues give it a calming, more relaxed scheme and then of course the basic colors of black, grey, and brown... All of which green is fabulous with!

Real Wedding: Janina and Reynaldo

It's hard to believe it's been almost a month since this Tennessee Titans player and his beautiful wife were married! We have incredibly fabulous photos from Gray Photography that we have been so excited about showing off Janina and Reynaldo's 'big day' paper with. One of our favorite parts about doing paper goods is getting to do the entire celebration ... and it's great to keep the look of your day cohesive... Janina and Reynaldo picked an A7 pocket fold invitation since they had a number of guests traveling from out of town - with their accommodation information, custom map to Gaylord Opryland and then a custom RSVP card for each guest. We created a custom monogram and then also watermarked their 'H' on the invitation as well as the inserts. As we started getting closer to the wedding, we met to look at programs, escort cards, menu cards and table numbers... all with their same monogram, their 'H', fonts, colors and styles. We thought you'd also love getting to see how they all fit in --- and how beautiful it all was... Stuck on....

We've been remiss in featuring all of the various cool things we can do for labels, stickers, etc. to make your event completely yours! Just think of it - your 'brand' of water bottles, wine labels, candy toppers, envelope address labels, thank you labels, return address labels... and the list goes on and on --- all in totally unique shapes and sizes - no more looking at the Office Max aisle and sighing that they *only* have rectangles and very limited circles. Let your imagination run wild! Here's just a few ideas of custom labels we've done lately - we are SO in love with not having to put all our designs in white or ivory envelopes! Endless Possibilities!

ps. I apologize in advance if I have made you think of the 'stuck on band-aid brand' advertisement jiggle. I am actually hummed it out to see if 'designs in paper' would fit as well... knowing that the branding/copyright squad would be ready to nab me. :)
